Delivery charge for these products is just £2.40 for standard Royal Mail first class, or free if you spend £40 or more. Please note, this is a Royal Mail service.
Delivery time is 3-5 working days from the date of order. 
If courier delivery is selected the delivery time will still be 3-5 working days, however your order will be sent on a tracked service.
We use Royal Mail, DPD and Evri to fulfil our delivery requirements.

ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
Delivery charge for these products is just £3.95 or free if you spend £40 or more.

NEXT DAY/EXPRESS UK DELIVERY

Delivery charge for next day/express delivery is £6.95.

Orders placed for next day delivery before 1pm Monday – Thursday, will be despatched the same day to arrive the next working day, and those placed after 1pm will arrive the following working day after that. Orders placed after 1pm Thursday will arrive on the following Monday and orders placed after 1pm on Friday or on the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday. To opt for our next day delivery service, please select the option at the checkout.

95% of our orders are delivered the next day, however during busy periods our delivery partners may experience delays beyond our control. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for delivery costs unless the delivery is more than two days late.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Please note, we do not include duty and tax in our prices and we cannot accept any liability for customs charges.

Standard European Delivery (7-10 days) - £10

Rest of World (7-21 days) - £25

RETURNS
If you should change your mind about your Flamingo Candles purchase, then you have 14 days to return your purchase. You MUST notify us via email to returns@flamingocandles.co.uk, before returning ANY item. Please state in the email:

Your name
Order/invoice number
Reason for returning the item/s

Please note we are unable to exchange a product, we can only offer a refund.
We are unable to accept returns for personalised/customised orders unless faulty/damaged.

Please ensure all items are returned, unused, in their original packaging. If there is any sign of use we will be unable to accept the return.

Unless the item/s is faulty, the customer will pay for return postage and packing. If the item/s is faulty then we will refund your return postage and packing costs.
On receipt of the returned item/s, we will issue a refund within 10 working days. The refund will be made via the original method of payment.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
