I didn't pay attention at the checkout and did not pay for gift boxes with the messages I wanted, so I thought the order got sent to me incomplete. When I reached out to customer service they responded very quickly, they explained to me what happened and came up with a quick solution so I can still get the gift boxes. The products- key tags are quality, not on the cheap side, I love them!
